Joining the team as a veteran Data Center build Project Manager, Orneal is leading Jenius Technologies, DC Programs across the federal and private space.
A former United States Naval Officer, serving in the United Kingdom and Europe. Background includes 4 years experience in the U.S. Navy and additional experience as a NOC Operator. In-depth expertise in the implementation, analysis, optimization, troubleshooting and documentation of LAN/WAN network systems. Proven leader in developing project teams to ensure success. Possess a proven track record for resolving complex problems and consistently delivering in capital projects and IT Infrastructure solutions.

Co-Founder/CTO
Deep background in Data Center commisioning, building, and management. A 25 year leader in optical recognition software engineering, and a Full-Stack software developer with experience in generative AI, and Large Language Models. His research has received global attention. Raymond brings fluency to Jenius Technologies, in systems engineering and infrastructure design.
